I am offering this interesting 5 7/8" STERLING souvenir spoon from SAN FRANCISCO. It has a figural finial in the form of a standing bear. The bowl of the spoon is embossed with a scene of the GOLDEN GATE. The bear finial is full-figured, front and back. The spoon is marked on the back of the handle SHREVE & CO. and with the word STERLING. It is monogrammed and dated 1901 as pictured. The condition of this spoon is very good.
