Three piece ephemera lot from the California State Prison at San Quentin consisting of a Boxing – Wrestling Card and two admit one ticket stubs. The event was held on July 4, 1945 and was sponsored by the San Quentin Athletic Association Lieutenant D. J. Coughlin, Commissioner. The tickets were the compliments of Clinton T. Duffy, Warden. The card is a single fold sheet of paper with the various matches listed inside. The person in possession of this card at the event made several handwritten notes. There is a short tear from the fold inward about halfway down the side and other very minor edge tears scattered on the edges. The two tickets are actually a dark orange and the flash from the camera shows them washed out and faded but they are not like that at all. Very scarce bit of boxing memorabilia.
