Welcome to my listing for a brand new and factory-sealed Sandcrawler lego set from the 2005 Star Wars series. The box has a few creases, but it has never been opened and is otherwise in good condition. This awesome set had a very limited distribution and was only available from select retail outlets; now out of production for several years, it is increasingly hard to find and would make an exceptional gift for any Star Wars fan or lego collector! The Sandcrawler set is truly massive and contains 1669 pieces, including 11 minifigures and droids. Unique to this set are Luke Skywalker's Uncle Owen Lars and three Jawas; also included are the seven droids R2-D2, C-3PO, R5-D4, R1-G4, ASP droid, gonk droid, and Treadwell droid. The Sandcrawler itself is a lego behemoth, measuring 15 inches/38 cm long x 7.5 in. wide x 9 in. high, and features a fully-equipped workshop for repairing and reprogramming wayward droids (there's also a smelting reactor for converting irreparably damaged, or especially obstinate droids into altogether less troublesome metallic scrap).
