Description Very pretty sandwich plate plus 6 matching tea plates from Burgess & Leigh (Burleigh Ware). Lovely fan shaped sandwich plate and unusual triangular tea plates all decorated with pale purple floral sprays. Sandwich Plate (Maximum measurements): 7" x 11 ½" / 18cm x 29cm Weight: 450g Tea Plates: Approximately 6" x 6" / 15cm x 15cm Weight (each): 110g No cracks or chips. Considerable age related crazing. Some rubbing to the gilding. Transfer print has faded on the sandwich plate and a couple of the tea plates - please see pics.
