This is a set of 6 Large Grand Mugs by Sango in the NOVA BLACK pattern #4932. Mugs are black inside, grayish white outside. They measure 3 3/4" tall x 4 7/8" in diameter, capacity about 3.5 cup. All are in excellent condition with no chips, no cracks and no crazing. Never used. Please e-mail me if you have any questions, or would like additional photos. Please be advised that most the items I sell are not new (unless otherwise stated), and therefore some wear is expected. I will do my best to describe any defects and flaws as accurately as possible. I am happy to combine shipping whenever possible, with little or no charge for the extra items (depending on weight). Shipping cost is based on the actual weight of the item and estimated weight of the packing stuff. If there is more than $2.00 difference between actual shipping cost and what I estimated I will refund the difference. Shipping includes delivery confirmation and insurance (described below). INSURANCE Shipping insurance is included in the shipping cost for all items over $20.00, per the USS insurance table listed below. O nce the package is in the USPS's hands (and package was insured) it is their responsibility if something happens to it. I wrap my items as I would like to receive them, safe & secure! If you receive a damaged package and item was insured you may file a claim at your post office or on line. “You must retain the damaged item(s), packaging and all contents until the claim is resolved. RETURN POLICY Returns will be considered on an individual basis. You must notify me of your dissatisfaction within three (3) days of receiving the item. If I accept, you must return an item to me within seven (7) days of receiving it. I will refund your purchase price, less shipping charges. If there’s something significantly wrong that was not addressed in the listing, you will receive full refund (including shipping).
