Santa Fe porcelain sign. Ande Rooney collectors sign .. 10" in size. I acquired this BRAND NEW at a train show many years ago. It is in almost immaculate condition This will be shipped via first class mail. The NOT so fine print: US sales ONLY! I am tired of the volumes of required paper work to ship and insure items out of this country! (If you want to change it, talk to your government!)(or have a friend in the US bid and buy it for you and have THEM deal with the red tape!) Re-stating, I will NOT ship out of this country even if your bid is FROM the USA! Don't even bother to ask! On ALL insured packages, IF you want a refund for broken or defective item that was NOT shipped as such, you MUST save the packing material and SHOW it to the post office when you file your claim. This is to expedite the insurance claim. Without that, there will be a very long delay in getting your refund. Pay Pal only for payment. Over 200 repeat transactions SAYS something!
