This sale is for a magnificent Saturno cockerel. It would make an excellent gift and comes in its own pouch. Height approx 47mm. It is sterling silver and stamped 925. This detailed cockerel figurine has been hand enamelled and then rhodium plated to prevent tarnishing. The Italian craftsmen who create these exquisite models pride themselves in their attention to detail. Once they have studied an animal's features they make a wax prototype from which the silver models are cast. Each model is hand enamelled, baked in a kiln and then rhodium plated.
