Spine slightly rubbed at edges with chips at ends. Small split on hinges. Some small marks to covers. Very slight damage to a couple of pages inside. Colour plates clean and bright. Else a very clean and tight copy. History of transport in French. The authors describe various methods of transport from walking and horse, to the latest motor cars and bicycles. Some chapters cover some of the leading personalities including Benz, Daimler, Panhard, Bouton, Renault, Ford, etc. Stunning illustrations.
