For Sale is a Savinelli De Luxe 511KS pipe that has been smoked with a clear lucite stem. I have seen very few Savinelli pipes with clear stems, but this is a Savinelli stem as part of the Savinelli name is still barely visible on the left side (someone obviously got carried away with a buffer at one time). Nomenclature on the shank is readable. The pipe itself is in excellent shape with only minimal char around the edge of the bowl and a couple of light dings. The grain of the pipe is very beautiful and has some wonderful birdseye which I have tried to capture in the pictures. The pipe has been cleaned, reamed, boiled out with a boiling alcohol retort and sanitized. You may or may not want to do additonal cleaning, that is up to your personal preference.The pipe has been polished with Carnauba wax. This pipe does not use the balsa filters. The clear lucite stems does not show any deep tooth indentations, but does show a few scratches like any clear lucite stem would.
