SB1 Stamps - 1869 24c Pictorial; Sc. 120; Avg. . (SS2400) Note small tear at bottom. I noticed no creases or thins, but please look carefully for yourself. Stamps have not been expertly identified unless noted in description, so p lease apply your own knowledge to verify that any ID or Scott number(s) is/are correct . No documentation, certificates or other identifying or authenticating information accompanies a stamp unless noted in description . The stamp(s) you see in the pics are the actual ones that you will receive unless otherwise stated in the description. *** All buyers encouraged to read information below before bidding *** Payment & Invoicing Info: Invoices are automatically sent seven days after your first purchase is completed if you have not already paid. The reason is two-fold: 1) you may be bidding on other items 2) Shipping is combined for all items purchased within seven days of the first purchase. An invoiced can be requested at any time before the seven-day period has elapsed or you may pay without waiting for combined shipping. Once the seventh day has past, any items won/bought thereafter will be put onto a new seven-day invoice. If you have been sent a final invoice on day seven and continue to bid on days eight and nine, for example, those purchases on days eight and nine will go onto a new invoice. They will NOT be 'tacked on' to a previous, unpaid invoice. If you request an invoice, the balance is due within seven days of the first auction's end. If an invoice is sent to you at the end of a seven-day period, the balance is due upon receipt. If you would like shipping combined, DO NOT pay before receiving an invoice and then ask why your shipping costs weren't combined. Refunds: Since some stamps can beextremely difficult to identify and because others are sometimes faked, the return policy is that stamps can be returned up to sixty days from the purchase date, for a full refund of the purchase price, if the stamp was misidentified, its condition was not accurately described (for ex. you find it's a RG, not OG) or if it proves to be a fake. A fake stamp will never be sold knowingly nor will any stamp be misrepresented intentionally. If you have concerns about a stamp, sixty days will give you enough time to have the stamp examined by an expert certification service to make sure it was correctly identified, described, etc. Once the item(s) is/are returned, the purchase price will be promptly refunded. The sixty day return policy does NOT apply to collections or lots with different Scotts included, albums, multiples, covers/envelopes or sheets. Those items are under the general 14 days return policy described below in the listing. Shipping Charges: Shipping is via United States Postal Service. Final shipping is priced according to the total weight, size/shape of package, thickness, rigidity and the USPS service selected. Normally, items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless that service is not an option due to any of the above criteria. or if a cheaper USPS shipping option is available for the item(s). Any specific shipping preferences requested MUST be done so BEFORE paying the invoice. Handling Time: Items are usually shipped within 48 hours of payment (or check clearing). Shipping may take a little longer if an auction ends or a purchase occurs during a holiday. Auctions ending Friday to Saturday afternoons may be shipped that day or the next, but typically will ship the following Monday. Auctions ending any time on Sundays will be shipped the following Monday. Tracking: Tracking is automatically included on purchases $25.00 or over .
