FDC produced for the 5c President John F. Kennedy stamp issued in Boston, Massachusetts, on May 29, 1964 (Sc. 1246). Black cachet produced by Azusa Chapter PT-109, Disabled American Veterans, featuring the insignia of the Azusa Chapter, plus a portrait of President Kennedy. Not listed in Mellone's Specialized Cachet Catalog of First Day Cover of the 1960s . This cover bears an Unofficial First Day Cancel from Azusa, California, with a “Pray For Peace” slogan cancel. Unaddressed, but with a slight label stain.
