SCA Great Helm 14ga Stainless historical fighting helm This is a very well made 14ga stainless steel "Great" helm style for SCA heavy list. I know the visibility is low, but it is an absolutely authentic look! Makes a good helm for demos, special events and such. It is a real hammered helm, not just rolled steel, note the rolled lower edge finish. Inside welded as well as rivets. Heavy brass over steel gives it a nice, decorated look. The helm is 9 inch side to side at the ears, 10 inch back to nose. I will discount any of my camails/aventails $25 if sold with this helm. This is a brand new helm. No dents or flaws to the helm. The photo is of the mild steel version, this is identical in 14ga stainless). Check my other eBay auctions (or store) for a medium camail to go with this helm.
