It is a Ward Kimball engineer . He is hard to find. Ward worked in Disney's studios and was a famous cartoonist for Walt Disney which he created Pinochio and Jiminy Cricket. Kimbell should fit in a cab of your Aristo Craft, Lionel, LGB, USA Trains or Bachmann engine or you can sit him on a park bench. Either way he is highly detailed and looks great .
