This item is a HO scale kit for construction of a retail lumber dealer which would have existed during the period 1930 to 1950's. The kit will build up into a finely detailed diorama with five structures. A 16"x23" mounting board is suggested. The kit is in excellent condition, unstarted, and undamaged with many wood and metal pieces. It is the original box with complete directions and construction photos. A color advertisement page clipped from Rail Model Craftsman is included. The kit may be returned within 14 days for a refund if not satisfied.
