This kit includes: Gas station with grease rack and outside tool shed, Diner with kitchen, Newsstand with shoe shine, and 2 Billboards. Comes with three sheets of complete instructions, with pictures on them. The box it comes in is 6 1/2" wide x 12 3/4" long x 2 1/2" deep.
