THIS is the Williams #55 mighty mite Industrial Switcher bright blue Pennsylvania .. cataloged & produced in 1983 (It is the precursor to the Ready Made Toys "Beep" Diesels of today & recent vintage). Williams introduced this in 1983 in bright blue versions with, Conrail(#45), and NASA markings and in "khaki" green with US Army marking as part of R-T-R sets(MSRP $99.50). In 1984 they added the "Brunswick" green(#46) & tuscan red(#47) Pennsylvania marking versions which were cataloged (along with the #45 & #55) as being available separately at MSRP $29.95. By 1987 they were no longer being cataloged by Williams and presumably unavailable thereafter.It run well and missing the rear railing..I'd rated this a 6 because the missing rear railling..
