This product is brand new with defects that have been addressed. The one bench was broken off and has been reglued. Though the benches do not sit like they should. The right hand rail was glued back into position and touched up with some paint. The lamp post was splitting and has been reglued and touched up. It has not been tested and is being sold as is. The furnace pipe has been glued to the associated wall. Finally, it has never been used.And the original box is included and in good shape.
