Scarce 1920s Winchester No. 7114 ScrewdriverQuick reference: Date: Circa 1920s Measures: 9" long, 1/8" straight blade 4 7/8" long blade Manufacturer: Winchester Condition: Fine to very fine The Winchester Repeating Arms Co. was also in the tool business, but only from 1920 to 1929. That its tools were also top quality is emphasized by the fact that this screwdriver was still in use until recently. The brass portion of its dovetailed ferrule is stamped in four lines: WINCHESTER / TRADE MARK / MADE IN U.S.A. / 7114 âe" 5 IN. The straight-style 1/8âe âe" wide blade was designed for cabinet and radio work, both of which the consignor and his father did a lot of.
