First off - I mention every little thing that I see on my items so that there are absolutely no surprises. With that being said… my jars are used canning jars (unless noted) – that means they are going to have normal wear and tear, such as minor scratches, scuffs & base wear. Any used canning jar that I have ever seen in all my 30+ years of collecting will have these things & mine are no different. It doesn’t make my jars any worse than others – it just makes me honest about what you are looking at. Please keep this in mind when bidding J . I take the best photos that I possibly can... so please look at my pictures - as a picture says a thousand words. * * JAR DETAILS * * Seal Type : Mason Beaded Neck Seal Size : Pint - *Soft Square* Shaped Lip : Thick, Smooth & PERFECT Color : Golden Straw Yellow - I've also heard it called *Golden Amber* with a hint of green (just like straw :-) Jars Embossing : All embossing is CRISP & BOLD ; jumping up off of the glass! The jars embossing reads "MASON ~ over a picture of a 5 pointed star ~ JAR" - please see the pictures. It is jar #1746 in the Red Book #10 of Fruit Jars... and to say this jar looks AMAZING ~ does not come close to giving this SPECTACULAR looking jar what it deserves :-)! This is a BEST POSSIBLE EXAMPLE jar for anyones collection & that's a fact! Base Embossing : The jars base is stamped with the number "7" & "5" with an "I inside of O" symbol in the middle of them - over the number "22"... again please see the pictures. Closure : The jar will come with a old - "Ball" stamped zinc lid with a unmarked porcelain liner. Condition : The jar is MINT, MINT, MINT!
