Up for auction is a large Handel ware humidor in melon lobed form measuring 7" high, complete with pipe lid. The humidor is a scarce design and features the Handel shield and # 125 on the underside, with wonderful movement throughout from burgundy to forrest green. Handel is famous for reverse-painted lamps and objects of tobbacciana such as these, which often fetch from 1,000-2,000 at auction and occasionally more! T are some very minor spots of wear on the underside w the humidor rests. The body of the humidor is in excellent condition. The pipe lid has some minor nicks and scratches associated with age.
