here is a hard to find 8 inch version of the popular crafts wrench. One side reads: The Craftsman Tool Co., Conneaut. O. Pat. Nov. 1907; the other reads Craft 8 in.. The tool is in excellent working condition with hardly any wear to the mechanism and spring wheel. These wrenches are referred to as the "Craft Wrench," a quick adjusting roller jaw pipe wrench, patented by George Heckling, and was also manufactured by Atwood Wrench Tool & Stamping Co. It was advertised in the 1911 issue of American Machinist as a "Combination Wrench," (the ad also states that it will take square or haxagon nuts and is made of rolled steel) shipping within U.S. is $ 8.95.
