SCHATZ ELEXACTA SWINGING CLOCK..German. This clock swings from the top and also has a counter balanced pendulum. It is 28" high by 13" wide with a 5" dial. Operates on a 1 1/2 volt battery and is in neer mint condition. I have had this clock for over 25 years and it ran for many of those years. It stoped and I haven't been able to get it running again. I know that movement is still good but no luck on getting it to run. I have been dealing with clocks for over 30 years and have never seen another one. Rare, I don't know. See all pictures, Condition, t are no cracks, chips or defects that I can see. Just will not run for me. Maybe just a cleaning.
