SCHEIBE-ALSBACH PORCELAIN NAPOLEON'S MARSHAL SOULT FIGURINE Presented is a great Scheibe-Alsbach Napoleonic porcelain figurine of Marshal Nicolas Jean-de-Dieu Soult, first Duke of Dalmatia. The Marshal is in full uniform and mounted on his horse. His uniform is richly ornamented with gilding and a broad, red sash across his chest. He holds a gilt spyglass in his left hand. His war horse stands alert, but calm. The condition is excellent. The piece appears to have grime on it that can be rubbed off, and we have mostly done this, although some remains in hard-to-reach corners like the horse's neck, near the reins. The horse's right hind leg has a horizontal line in it that was done in the making and is not a flaw. It is structurally sound. There are no breaks, no cracks, no splits, no dents, no chips and no repairs. The figurine measures 9 7/8 inches by 3 3/8 inches and about 10 1/2 inches tall. Good luck and .
