127 YEARS OLD! This is a very unique doorbell - From the late 1870's, this beautiful antique revives the ambiance of the Victorian Era. This doorbell works in the simplistic manner; it is a mechanical bell with two clappers enclosed inside which hit the outer shell producing a ringing sound letting you know that someone is t The bell measures 4 -1/2 inches at its peak with a 4 1/2 inches in overall diameter. It is in perfect working order. On the back shell of the bell you can see embossed upon the bronze the words Patent Dec. 30, 1879
