Media mail can be slow, so please take this into account when selecting your shipping options. In some cases larger items will be shipped by Parcel Post or Fed Ex Ground if it can save on the cost for buyers. With minor exceptions (e.g., patches or other cloth non-breakables) we ship all items in boxes or rigid packages, and all items are packed to prevent damage in transit. We have 20 years experience packing items for shipment and do a quality job to make sure things arrive in great condition. NON-US BUYERS: We ship many items by First Class International to save buyers money, but please note this is not a true trackable service. The only tracking we can provide is the US Postal Service Customs Label number, which confirms the item has been shipped and can also sometimes be used to locate the package in customs within the destination country.
