Offered at auction (5 DAY) is a Schrade D'holder fixed blade custom manufactured by Schrade. This knife was the beginning of the Scrade Centenial Series, a collaboration between D'Alton Holder and Schrade to mark their 100th year in business. Too bad, t weren't too many more. This knife is number 304 out of 500. The blade is approx. 3 and 3/4 in length, and manufactured from mirror polished 440C stainless steel. It is a "Unit" knife, blade, bolster, and full tang all carved from a single piece. The handle is Desert Iron Wood, and is very pretty with a lot of figuring. I hope the photo does it justice. The pins are 416 Stainless. The overall length is approx. 8 and 1/4 inches. The knife comes with a Schrade/D'holder style leather sheath, the original paperwork, and the black nylon zippered storage pouch. I have owned this knife since it was new. It has not been used, or sharpened outside the Schrade factory. I am selling all 3 of my Schrade D'holder SDHO series of knives, please see my other listings.The original cardboard box may be available (I'm looking) and if I find it I will send it along.
