Schuco Germany 2 Toy Cars -Red Akustico 2002 & White Examico 4001 This is a pair of wind-up Schuco toy cars. Both are in as found condition. The first is a red Akustico 2002. There is wear to the paint on the corners (fenders) and behind the seat. Some of the paint has discolored to a darker color. The steering wheel still turns the tires. The gear shift is flush to the hood of the car and flips back to the seat with no resistance. The decals are still intact both on the dash and license plate. The back tires do not make that friction sound when you spin them. I do not have a key so I do not know if it works properly. The second is a white Examico 4001. The paint looks good for it's age, but a bit scuffed. There is a dent on the hood, trunk area & passenger door. The steering wheel still turns the front tires. The gear shift is intact as is the second lever and the lever to the driver door side moves as well. The decals are still intact both on the dash and license plate. The driver's back tire makes that friction sound sporatically when you spin it , but I do not have a key so I do not know if it works properly. Please view the photos for a better description.
