This one is really hard to part with!!!!! I have had this one since I was a child. Up for auction is my SCHUCO MICRO-JET 1033 RED "Douglas-Skyray F4D-1" Made in 1957 in Western Germany Comes with key, operating instructions and box with sleeve cover. I always took very good care of my toys and I learned from my dad that you should never wind a wind-up toy all the way, you have to go slow and feel it when it gets close to full wind and because of that is why all my wind-up toys still work. I never broke a spring, but my brother and friends did. Another reason why my toys are so nice is because I had to do chores and buy most of them myself and I did not want to lose or abuse them. Also I would give them a drop of oil here and there once in a while and man did it make them go! Absolutely clean, original, beautiful, shiny, brightly painted glossy red jet, silver painted windows, UNITED STATES AIR-FORCE Red, White and Blue insignia on left top wing, stop and start control lever, very good original grey motor tires on cast chromed wheels, perfect steering wheel and tire, black rubber nose cone and splined, chromed steering control knob. 100% complete jet with winding key in envelope, Micro-Racer/Jet operating instructions and nice box with a sleeve cover. This HOT little Jet is amazing! It has a very long running, precision wind up clockwork
