This is a beautiful, German made tea set by Schumann. The set is bright white with a subtle, ribbed design on the body of the pieces. The condition of the pieces is excellent with two small exceptions. The lid of the teapot shows some thinning of the gold trim, as seen in the close up photo. The creamer has what looks like a craze or flaw in the clay body. You can see it in the close up photo. The glaze is smooth over the flawed area. It does not appear to be a crack.There are no other chips or cracks. Here are some measurements: teapot, 6" tall, sugar bowl, 2 1/2" tall with lid, creamer, 2" tall, cup, holds 3 ounces, 3" diameter, saucer, 4 1/2" diameter, cookie plate, 8 1/2" long, 5" wide.
