I have had this bike for a number of years. It has a great boulevard ride with the balloon tires and cushiony spring fork. I removed the front fender and added an original Schwinn fork about 25 years ago. I bought the spring fork at "Campus Schwinn" in Columbus, Ohio. I bought the "Parson" leather seat at another Schwinn dealer. It has twin carrier baskets on rear. I have ridden this bike in parades and kept handouts of bottled water and candy in them. I also loaned this bike to a little theatre production of a 50's play. In the basket I put a paper carrier's bag with newspapers. It still retains the original paint well. Also comes with a speedometer. It has Schwinn handle grips. The tires are "Schwinn Cruisers" as seen in pix. Due to size, I am offering it as a "pick up" only. I will deliver this bike after purchase to a maximum of 250 miles from central Ohio for an agreed delivery price after purchase if buyer does not want to pick up. Not sure of the gauge of the spokes, but they are thicker than ordinary bike spokes. about like a Schwinn motor bike.
