This auction is for a 2006 reissued Schwinn Krate Grey Ghost inexcellent condition. Everything on this bike works great. This is thelast one issued by Schwinn and hard to find. This is a FIVE SPEED, with front and rear drum brakes, not the coaster brake version. The tires are like brand new. I added NOS streamers, NOS Schwinn grips, NOS flag valve caps, and a cheap retro speedometer that is not very accurate but sure looks cool. The only flaws on this bike are: Scratch on underside one of the small top tubes (not noticeable unless you look under the bike). The right brake lever is scratched but with a lever cover it will disappear. And a tiny tear in the seat which is not very noticeable (glue applied). The original sticker price is under the bottom bracket. This bike will have you turning heads and getting compliments everyw you go. So leave your "Trailer Queen" Krate collecting dust in some shelf and have fun riding this one around (At least until its worth a fortune too!).
