Scott 26A, 1857 Issue, 3c Dull Red, Type IV, on 1861 Advertising Cover from the G.G. Evans Great Original Gift Book Store And Publishing House in Philadelphia. Stamp is tied to cover by a Philadelphia octagon postmark. It's difficult for me to see ends of all the stamp's frame lines but I believe it's a Type IV.
