Comes with a copy of original APS cert for a pair for which this is the RIGHT stamp . This stamp is Fresh, OG, hinged paste-up stamp (there is a partial imprint on the paste up not reported on the cert) Date: 9/21/2009 Cert#: 182625 Cert States: "Scott#354 unused paste-up pair, original gum, previously hinged, genuine, some perf separations." Be confident on your purchase!!! All the work is done for you, except to place this in your collection. Beware - do not purchase these flat plate coils without certification. The market is flooded with fakes!!! We all have been burned on flat plate coils that ended up being fake!!! I have added a nice selection of many stamps to my store. I fondly remember going to stamp shows as a child, enjoying going through counter books where I could pick out the 'ideal' stamp for me. The days where local stamp shows would allow this experience are few and far between. I have attempted to re-create this by listing selected stock which you can pick from.
