This is Scott #630, the first souvenir sheet ever produced for US stamps. It was created for October 16 - 23 1926 International Philatelic Exposition in New York. Today, it remains the crown jewel in souvenir sheets, in my view, in the world. These become more and more scarce every year. They are very fragile, and finding one in tact still without hinge does not come around every day.
