Scott #94 3c Washington Issue with a SON Black PM - PF13 Paid With Dot In Rectangle Fancy Cancel of 1861 and of Grantville, Mass as per my Skinner & Enos U.S. Cancellations Reference Book as pictured. For overall condition of this item see pictures. Simply a very pretty and nice Scott #94 with a faint grill straddle margin issue with a not often found 100% SON PM - PF13 Fancy Cancel of Grantville, Mass. Stamp shows a portion of the adjacent stamp at both the wide top and left margins and also has no faults noted at all but for a very tiny and very short perf tear at the top left just barely down into the margin found under magnification and hard to see mentioned for accuracy. Stamp has a beautiful rose red color with nice perfs and only a couple short at the top left edge. It has a very clean back and no pencil notes and with it's pretty Son Cancel, would be a nice addition to any Collection.
