An attractive Scott International Part I collection of 6,000+ pre 1940 mint and used worldwide stamps, the album and pages in good condition for their age. Some removal marks, but these are in no way excessive for a collection of this size and age. The pages are complete. A great opportunity to obtain a substantial and neatly laid out collection of these ever popular pre 1940 world issues, with the emphasis on the older material. Better stamps seen throughout, and as always this collection presents a chance to discover the many better varieties of shade, perforation, watermark and paper not catered for in the Scott simplified layout.
