This auction is for 23.8 GRAMS OF " SOLID" 14K & 10k SCRAP GOLD JEWELRY! Everything in this lot is SOLID GOLD by KARAT. No gold fill! No gold plating! There are 20.2 grams of Solid 14K Gold and 3.6 grams of Solid 10K Gold. The 14K Gold lot consists of 2 Empty Solid 14K Watch Cases ( No crystals or mechanisms included ). But there could be a really tiny fraction of a gram in the hinge pins in the two small watch cases. Also included is a Solid 14K Bracelet missing a closure clasp, a complete Solid 14K Bracelet with a double heart engraved with two sets of initials on the front and the date 8-27-58 on the back, three single pierced earrings (one earring with a 1/16th inch square blue Sapphire, and one earring with a really tiny round blue topaz, and a Victorian Era Solid 14K Gold Pocket Watch Chain Fob that has an un-used surface that could be used to engrave as a wax seal. Every piece of 14K Jewelry has been acid tested and has passed as Solid 14K Gold. Every piece of the 14K Gold Jewelry is marked with the exception of the Pocket Watch Chain Fob, which is quite common for Victorian jewelry. But the fob was acid test multiple times and it tested as Solid 14K Gold every time. The 3.6 grams of 10K Gold jewelry is the matching pair of Solid 10K Gold Earrings.
