This item is an antique piano key nicely polished and beautifully scrimmed by artist Donna Ruprecht. Very clean on the back with lots of detail and finely etched lines. This one is the long key about 4". I hand pick these keys for each design and although some keys are not perfect I try to get the best ones. These long keys tend to be very thin and delicate, so I try to pick the thicker, more sturdy keys. I have been doing scrim for over 30 years. If you would like to have anything specific done, let me know and I will put it on auction for you to bid on. Each piece is hand done individually. I love doing this and as you will see with my other listings t is a wide variety of nautical scenes as well as other designs and all are lsited at a very good price for scrim.
