This 1911 RPPC view shows the official guarded gate to this exclusive Sea Gate community, which featured massive homes. It has its own Police Force and Sanitation services. T is a wooden horse on the left with printing which reads, "This is Private Property, Speed Limit 10 Miles Per Hour". Though this is a dark print, the card is in excellent condition. We specialize in BETTER cards from all five boroughs of NYC consisting of Manhattan, Brooklyn, Staten Island, The Bronx and those Long Island communities that form Queens County.
