I have many similar items in my ebay store. Please . 1902 - True Stone Chromolithograph: Sea Slugs Satisfaction Guaranteed Thanks for Looking! With that name, I'm not sure these guys will get many hits. Still, I think these are some of the most beautiful marine organisms. 7 varieties of Sea Slugs are illustrated and identified : 1. Aeolid-Hermaea Bifida 2. Aeolid-Aeolis Coronata 3. Dendronotid 4. Dorid 5. Dotonid 6. Tritonid 7. Dorid This is a true stone chromolithograph - dated 1902 on the face. It appeared as a bookplate in a fine set of 1903 encyclopedias. The sheet size is about 6.25" x 9", and the boxed area is about 5 x 8. It has the rich saturated colors characteristic of the stone litho process and the printing quality is excellent. A beautiful print! - exquisitely printed by Julius Bien & Co., NYC one of the finest US lithographers of the early 20th century. Condition is as shown.
