Lovely Vintage China from the Serenade burgundy series produced by Sebring Pottery Company. Sebring Pottery was started by the Sebring brothers in Liverpool, Ohio in 1887. This area was once known as the pottery capital of the world.The dinnerware has a beautiful design of burgundy trim with gold filagree. A lovely interior decal depicts a minstrel serenading two young women. The 22K gold design is warranted. Clear markings on the back read: Sebring Pottery Co., USA. Serenade, Burgundy T-S284 C.D. The china is in EXCELLENT condition; vibrant color, with no scratches, wear marks or any signs of usage. Collection consists of: 8 plates, 8 bowls, 8 saucers, 8 smaller saucers, 8 small bowls, 5 cups, 1 platter, 1 serving bowl, 1 creamer, and 1 sugar bowl with a lid. (50 pieces).
