Beautiful set of three 1 ounce Secretariat Triple Crown Winner Bronze Commemorative Ingots! These three spectacular commemorative ingots were authorized by th C. T. Chenery Estate and Meadow Stables in whose colors Secretariat ran. 2,500 sets were issued, but it is doubtful that anywhere near that many were actually produced and only a fraction of the original number exist today. The set is number 158, but only the Derby and Preakness ingots carry that number, the Belmont ingot is different. The ingots have the number stamped on the side. The set is housed in a velvet display case with a silk lining and is in very good condition with minimal toning.
