Although it is used it is in good playing condition and as been tested by me on the correct model. What you see in the picture is what you are going to receive. I will ship within 14 day's of receiving payment, I accept Money Orders, Personal Checks and Cashiers Checks only. STATEMENT In responce to one of my recent auctions I got a question from Mike Fulper of Seeburgrepair of Ohio , he stated that the " Pfanstiehl " needles would DESTROY any micro groove records made after 1958, and that I was misleading buyers by offering these needles. THAT IS JUST NOT TRUE. Firstly " Pfanstiehl" was the leading supplier of jukebox needles to both the jukebox manufacturers and distributor's throughout most of the 1950's. They used only the finest Swiss Diamond tip's in their products, in fact Seeburg themselves had the tip's for their own Brand of needles supplied by the same Swiss company. The needles in question clearly state on the "Original" box that the needles were replacement for the Seeburg Model V-200 and other Pickering cartrides that were used in Seeburgs models upto 1958. In 1960 I operated in access of 300 Seeburg KD Jukeboxes, I purchased my parts from both Wico in Chicago and Suzo in the Netherlands, the two leading parts supplier's in the World. At that time I operated many other Seeburg model's up to the model Gem. During this time in the mid 1960's I was still buying Pfanstiehl needles for the Seeburg KD Model's, also we were buying records to put into those jukeboxes, at no time did we have any trouble that related specifically to the 45 rpm records that we were using. The Pickering/Seeburg Red Head Hi-Fi Mono cartridge that was used on the Seeburg models R-V-VL-KD-L-101-161 and 201, used the following needles. The part number for the Seeburg Needle was 246797 or 246788. The Astatic replacement part number was N622-1d and The Pfanstiehl replacement was 4726-D7 the D7 meaning Diamond .7 mil. Prior to the introduction of the Seeburg Red Head Hi-Fi Mono Cartridge the norm for a 78 rpm needle was 3 mil and 1 mil for a 33 or 45 rpm needle. If Mike's theory is correct then every needle produced by all of the leading needle manufacturers would also in the words of SEEBURGREPAIR "DESTROY" any 45 micro groove record manufactured after 1958, because all of the needle manufacturers made the .7 mil as a standard size, including the famous Pickering 345-03D.
