Up for auction is a Vintage Sequential Circuits Prelude Synthesizer Keyboard. This was made in Italy for Sequential Circuits by Siel in the early 1980s. I’ve tested everything except LFO – I don’t know what that is or what it does. Also, when the LFO switch is pushed, the LFO light continues to blink, even if you press the LFO switch again. Since I don’t know how to test that particular function, I’m not sure if it stays in that mode after initiated or if the light just continues to blink. The LFO light does not come on unless you push the toggle. I don’t have an instruction book. There are two keys that have been broken and repaired (see pictures) – they are fully functional. Overall condition is very good for its age – some scuffs here and there, but other than the two keys, there is nothing notable. There are 49 keys and the following features: Toggles for:Equalizer Octave Chorus LFO Brass Piano Organ Strings Slide control for Pitch Bend Equalizer Slide Controls for: Off – Max 2000 4000 Balance (Dry to Mix) Slide control for Master Volume Modulation Slide Controls for: Amount Flange Speed Depth Delay Brass Slide controls for: Attack Cutoff Brass1 Brass2 Swell Resonance Piano Slide controls for: Decay Piano1 Clav Piano2 Organ Slide controls for: Pipe Organ1 Organ2 Strings Slide controls for: Attack Release Cello Violin Mute Percussion read more
