Featuring a variety of small arms and ordinance, this set of 41 Vietnam War-era photographs includes a number of intriguing images ranging from Medi-vac choppers to men in the barracks. With Jeeps, 6-wheel vehicles and a C-47 aircraft, this remarkable collection features images of a number of African-American GIs (including one apparently in remembrance to a fallen friend). This image includes the name of the soldier, and is shown here with the brass tokens on each side. All images taken in or around 1968. With smaller b&w as well as color Polaroids, this set also features 10 larger-sized color prints. It includes two .25 Cent brass tokens from the Pleiku NCO Club and the Oui Nhon NCO Open Mess; as well as 5, 10 and 25 Cent Military Payment Certificates and a single, 20 Dong paper note (the conditions of these certificates and note are poor to fair).
