Set of 4 antique photos. Relating to the Oil industry. I don't have an exact date but believe them to be early 1900's. They belonged to my late father in law who worked for Shell oils most of his life, They measure 6" x 4" 1) photo of horse and horse drawn tanker with driver and another man at a depot.On the back has been written Lincoln. 2) photo of a depot again on the back written Lincoln. 3) A photo of a horse drawn carriage. Says motor BP spirit, by appointment to his majesty the king.Below the vehicle is a plaque that says Chapman bros, builders Hull. 4)The other side of the carriage. Both these photos have the number 2396 written on the top. No idea what that would mean..
