Set of 4 Vintage Trojan by Sebring Toledo Delight Serving Platters. Warranted 22-k Gold marked on bottom. The 15 1/4" Platter has a chip with a crack on the side, the 13 1/4" and 11 1/4" Platters are in mint condition with no chips or cracks, the 8 1/4" Platter has a small chip on the back (barely noticeable). The 15 1/4" is listed on replacement websites for $39.98 each (discounted 50% for imperfection), the 13 1/4" Platter is listed for $64.95, the 11 , these 1/4" Platter is listed for $41.99. I have found no reference for the 8 1/4" Platter, so I have no idea of present value on that piece. As stated belowwere made in 1930. Great find for any collector, or to complete your collection. "The Sebring Pottery Company, also known as American Pottery Works was formed in East Liverpool, Ohio by the Sebring family in 1887. About 1899 it moved to Sebring, Ohio, a town founded by the Sebring family. It was bought in 1943 by National Unit Distributors and the Sebring name disappeared. The Sebring family owned interests and controlled many different pottery companies so the history of Sebring is convoluted. The names used for their pottery identified the glaze more than the shape.
