A set of 2 vintage shade holders that appear to be made of copper as a magnet does not stick to them.The shade holders are marked Goodrich Type II-G 100-W 250 V Lamp must point downThey will accept a shade with an outside diameter of apr. 4 1/4 inches which is a standard size shade.One of the holders, the top appears to have been pushed down ? which is shown in a closeup.A person would not notice that it was pushed down if they did not have another shade holder to compare it to.There is an occasional light ding in the copper, nothing that stands out or distracts from anything.The porcelain sockets appear to be in good shape and they have the screw type terminals for attaching the wires.The top will accept a pipe with and outside diameter of apr. 11 /16 of an inch. ( 1/2 inch pipe ? )The pictures should show the rest. Plenty of lighting was used to show as much detail as possible. The item may have glare spots or look shiner than what it really is.Any ?????? .
