There will be plenty of bargains to be had amongst the unidentified glass, which might appear in categories you may not expect.So PLEASE;Check out my other items !This is an interesting high quality set of three hand made amethyst wine glasses. Each glass varies ever so slightly from the others in the typical hand made fashion, depending on the size of the gather of metal from the furnace. The glasses have cup shaped bowls with lovely naturally rounded rims and a beautiful ring ehwn tapped. The lower part of the bowl and the upper part of the stems are cut with hexagonal panels. The conical feet are plain and although they vary slightly the pontils appear to be almost machine finished, indicating a late 19th. or even early 20th. century date.
