It is a pleasure to offer Original, c.1930, 7 Minton China, Cobalt Blue and Encrusted Gold, Pattern G6262, Demitasse Cups and Saucers Set, which comes from a local estate where it has been for at least 85 years and is a part of a larger Minton and other fine porcelain collection we are in the process of listing on eBay (please see our other items). Exquisitely crafted with rich, vivid colors and heavily encrusted with gold, each cup is 2 1/8 inches (~ 5.3 cm) tall and 2 1/4 inches (~ 5.7 cm) across at the opening; and each saucer is 4 3/8 inches (~ 11 cm) across. With an overall weight of 1 pound and 15 oz (~ 879 grams), each piece is marked on the underside with Minton Hallmark and hand written pattern number (please see pictures).The set is in Very Good condition: Clean, Bright and Attractive with no chips, cracks, gold loss or crazing. There is some minor wear on the undersides due to regular use and prolonged storage and 2 cups have a visibly darker shade of glaze on the inside than other 5 (please see 7th image of this listing).
